Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take custom orders?
Yes we do! While we cannot guarantee exact results, we will get as close as we can to specified colors, sizes, etc.
When approaching us about a custom order, please feel free to refer to some of our past works as well! Our sold orders page has thousands of works.
It's also worth noting that some color combinations may be unable to be done due to extinct or incompatible colors / forms. We'll let you know if that's the case.
What is annealing, and why is it so important?
Annealing is the process of allowing glass to cool slowly to remove internal stresses. This ensures that the piece is sturdy and not likely to break due to small impacts.
We follow the Corning Museum's guidance on annealing pieces to ensure each piece leaves our shop body-safe. We also go above-and-beyond and thoroughly inspect each piece under a polariscope before sending them on their way.

Do you offer your pieces for wholesale?
We do not offer our pieces for wholesale, and have no intent to as we spend a lot of time to ensure each piece is properly annealed and beautifully colored.
